Family Weekend 2021
Overview
Each year over MEA weekend we host classes and activities for kids and families. This weekend is a chance to share the joy of folk school learning with curious young ones. From cooking to fiber arts, woodworking to blacksmithing there is a skill to learn for everyone. Classes require registration ahead of time, but drop-in activities are free and require no pre-registration. We’ll also host a Family Fun Night on Friday October 22nd open to the community. This celebration of fall and family time on the North Shore is a delightful way to spend a weekend, and we hope you’ll join us! Note, to keep our youngest learners safe, all youth and adults enrolled in coursework this weekend will need to wear a cloth face mask during class and indoor gatherings.
