North House programs offer a great way for anyone to come down and get a taste of craft. Some programs don't require pre-registration, making them convenient drop-in opportunties if you happen to be around campus!

Community Craft Nights
Tuesday Evenings, 5:30-7:30pm in Blue South
Have a project that you’re itching to finish? Bring it to craft night! Some weeks have a theme based on an area of craft that the host is excited to share, but all crafts are welcome. If you aren’t working on anything, you’re welcome to come socialize and see others’ work. Kids accompanied by an adult are welcome to join!
Tour the North House Campus
Saturdays at 4pm
From the blacksmith shop to the woodshop, there is always something happening on campus. Discover the rich folk school tradition, visit the classrooms in action, and hear the stories! Meet at the Yellow Building - no registration required.
Singing Circle
Tuesday Evenings, 6:30-8:00pm
Join with community on the harbor for a weekly song circle for all voices! Come experience the joys of singing short, seasonal songs learned in the oral tradition. No experience necessary!
First Fridays
January through May, monthly, starting at 5:30pm
A monthly community gathering on the North House campus. Meet on the commons and the Blue Building each month for fireside connections, activies, speakers, dancing, games, and more!
