In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crises, North House has made the difficult decision to extend our course cancellations through July 5th. If you were enrolled for a class during this timeframe, you should have received an email from us. If you didn't, please review your refund options below, and email us at info@northhouse.org with the name and date of your class and your refund choice.

We recognize the impact that these cancellations have on our students and we're sorry. We truly believe in the power of craft to build community, and we know that community is needed more than ever in times like these. However, protecting the health of our students, instructors, and staff is our highest concern.

With 50% of our annual income coming from course and event registrations, these cancellations represent a serious impact to North House as well. If you are able, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider taking your refund in the form of a gift certificate to apply towards future coursework, or donating all or a portion of your refund to sustain our mission of enriching lives and building community. And if not, we get it! These are hard times for all, and we'll make it through together.

Simply email us and let us know your choice:

  • Full refund in the form of a gift certificate for future coursework
  • Full refund in the form of a check
  • Partial or full donation

If you have the information handy, please also let us know the name and date of your course. The North House office is open Monday - Friday, 9am - 12pm to respond to your questions via phone and email.

North House will be continuing to monitor the status of COVID-19 and will determine in the next few weeks whether or not this pause will be extended further. In the meantime, please remember that our later courses are still open for registration and our online school store is open for business. We're also cooking up new ways to bring you craft experiences and connections during these times of social distancing. Sign up for our eNewsletter to stay connected.

Community is at the heart of the North House mission and we will miss seeing you during these weeks to come, but we hope we'll get to see you back on campus soon.

Take good care of yourself and your neighbors,
