Blue Ribbon Rug
Repeat Work Study volunteer and student Kelly has won first place at the Minnesota State Fair with her Punch-Needle Rug depicting North House's schooner Hjørdis!
The rug was inspired by the cover design of North House's Summer Events and Activities Guide. The rug will be on display for in the Arts building at the State Fair in St. Paul.

Kelly learned to punch needle rug hook with instructor Laura Berlage during Fiber Week 2020. During COVID she continued to study and has found her to be an incredible instructor who brings out the best in her students.
