Nordiska Kakor: Seven Nordic Cookies
Course Overview
Tradition holds that any self-respecting Nordic homemaker would always have seven different types of cookies on hand to offer guests. We’d settle for a couple! But in the spirit of the North, we’ll bake seven types of treats, guided in part by Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson’s “the Nordic Baking Book.” We’ll modernize the plate a bit with a few savory crackers to offer as well. Plus, learn how to make homemade golden syrup.
