Jess is a sculptor with a strong love for the utilitarian object. Her visual art practice is enthralled with wellness and alternative medicine, making objects that heal the body. She began spoon carving 7 years ago and studies bowl turning through the MN State Arts Board Folk and Traditional Craft Grant.
