North House Folk School

Carter was first introduced to timber framing at North House with the Timber Framers Guild meeting in 2015. Within a few weeks he found himself cutting Timbers on the Red Mill Pavilion Guild Project in Portland, Michigan. He has been pursuing the craft ever since. He runs a construction and timber framing company out of Underwood, MN and is a current member of the Guild and Friends of Minnesota Barns.
