Course Overview

Have you ever wanted the crunch of a delectable pastry with a savory bite of a meaty filling? If so, this course will satisfy you more than one of Mrs. Lovett’s best pies! Take two days to go on an exploration of an assortment of pastry crusts from several different cultures and wrap up class by learning to make five different meat-based fillings. From minced to smoked to slow-cooked, the meats will make your mouth water as much as the handmade flaky crusts. Students will take home roughly 10 pounds of delectable finished pastries that will open up a completely new area of cooking to impress your friends and family.

Students ages 16+ may register for this course independently.
