Home Sausage Making Webinar

Course Overview

Learn to make your own sausage the way you like it.  Using your favorite meats and seasonings you will learn to make fresh, non-smoked, non-cured sausage like bratwurst, breakfast, Italian and wherever your imagination takes you.  While pork is the most common meat in sausage, we will show you how to utilize chicken, beef, turkey and wild game in your sausage.  Learn how to grind, season (no MSG or preservatives), stuff, cook, eat and serve the best sausage in the world.  Homemade, handmade, fresh from your kitchen—it doesn’t get any better than this!

Craig will demonstrate how to make sausage using your own kitchen equipment and will provide tips for if you need to expand your resources, what you should buy and where should you buy it, dependent on your sausage choices. A background will be given using these principles to make any sausage you want using only ingredients you wish to use. This webinar will be a demonstration so you'll watch as Craig teaches and then make sausage on your own later.
