Tom Healy

Tom runs Wisdom River Works—a timber frame and woodworking shop on a small ranch in Montana’s Big Hole Valley. He is a member of the Timber Framers Guild of North America, and a biology graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. In addition to teaching, Tom served as co-director of North House from 1997 to 2000 and was a member of the North House board. He runs a grass fed beef operation and lives with a fine horse and a pack of Wirehaired PointingGriffons. He serves on the board of the Montana Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers.
