Tabitha can still remember getting her first set of measuring cups + spoons for Christmas at a very young age. Surrounded by home bakers throughout her life + working as a barista in bakeries + cafes, were the gateways into the baking life. The knowledge she’s gleaned from almost two decades of hospitality work, travel + baking classes set the stage for the launch of a burgeoning micro-bakery on the North Shore in 2023. With a focus (obsession?) on French Patisserie + viennoiserie, Tabitha continues refining her skills in laminated goods + sharing both sweet + savoring delights with the community at large.
