North House Folk School

Michelle Marion (Anishinaabe and Akimel O'Otham) lives on the Leech Lake Reservation in Cass Lake, MN, with her family. Taught by family members and friends, she has been learning how to make a variety of baskets for ten years. She continues to learn all that she can and enjoys sharing with others. Michelle enjoys harvesting with family, weaving, carving, gardening, and dancing.
