Marco has been cutting all his own firewood and skidding it home (mostly with work horses), among other random occupational pursuits since moving to Northern Minnesota from Minneapolis in 1975. After graduating with a BA in Theatre Arts and English from Augsburg College, Marco was an interpreter at the Minnesota Historical Society’s Forest History Center, and he has been a modern lumberjack and horselogger since that time.
