Lindsey Liden
Lindsey Mulheron Liden grew up in the arts and crafts community of Brasstown, NC. Liden studied art at Warren Wilson College, has a music degree from the University of North Carolina Asheville and a diploma in fine wood working from Haywood community college. After years touring as a musician Liden moved back to his family farm and opened his banjo building/fine wood-working business "Mulheron Craft". Liden currently lives in his little off grid cabin with his wife, a potter and two kittens Murphy and Ari. Liden specializes in custom made, open back banjos and fine woodworking. Liden also continues to teach, play a range of instruments and perform. In 2017, Lindsey also became the Resident Artist in woodworking at the John C. Campbell Folk School, where he develops the course selection and builds the woodworking program.
