Cookies are the perfect way to brighten up any day, especially alongside a good cup of tea! This class will take you through some classic teatime cookies including biscotti, shortbread, and sandwich cookies. A great class for households who want to bake together (sign up your family and pay just one tuition), or adults just looking to freshen up their usual baking rotation.

Required Tools

You will receive a recipe packet listing ingredients about two weeks before the day of class, students will need to source their own ingredients for this class.

Additionally, you will need basic cookie baking equipment including:

• Measuring cups/spoons or a kitchen scale
• Mixing bowls
• Small pan
• Plastic wrap
• Cookie sheets
• A 1.5 inch round cookie cutter
• A piping tip (we'll use the wide end of the piping tip as a cookie cutter to cut the centers out of the tops of the sandwich cookies, no piping bag needed!)
