Course Overview
Join Chef Scott Graden of the New Scenic Café in Duluth for a cultural experience centered around the kitchen, and extending far beyond. During the 3 days of each of these workshops, you will take part in a dynamic group conversation following a food-related film screening. You'll share stories and quips. You'll discuss life values, food values, and culture. You'll consider how a diverse collection of perspectives creates a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts. And you'll cook great food and discover how food supports experience, not the other way around.
