Learn how to pull delicate strudel dough, explore a variety of fillings and end up with a strudel baking in your home oven. We'll also cover how to make noodle dough and cut a variety of shapes. Plan to end the day with dinner and dessert! You’ll receive the recipes in advance, along with detailed instructions for preparing ingredients ahead of time so everyone can move through the session together. There’ll be ample opportunity for questions and comments — and simply connecting with others who share North House’s commitment to craft. As any who have participated in online sessions with friends and relatives over the past several months, computer screens actually can foster a pretty good sense of community — and will tide us over until we can all gather on in the kitchen once again.

We host these courses using Zoom Video Conferencing. A laptop or tablet is recommended, but a desktop with a webcam and speakers/microphone or a smartphone phone can work.
