Course Overview

Discover the art and craft of naturally fermented breads utilizing classic French levain techniques. Your bread baking journey into the world of sourdough breads will begin in North House's wood-fired masonry oven. Each student will take home their own levain sourdough starter, recipe and a hearty loaf to continue in their home oven.
