Valencian Cuisine

Course Overview

Bring a dose of sunshine into the kitchen with the flavors of Spain. The paella, a classic dish from the region of Valencia, has infinite varieties and brings healthy, creative options to the dinner table any time of year. On day one, this course will focus on chicken-chorizo paella. Day two will feature shrimp-serrano paella. Other Valencia-inspired foods will round out each meal. The course culminates in a shared meal for students and a guest in a harbor-side celebration of learning, community and delicious food. Qué deliciosa!
