Course Overview

Don't expect to sit idly by in this class; instructor Kim Hendrickson has every minute filled with different kinds of pastry, cake and cookies for you to make. We will delve into "quick" cakes and layer cakes, yeasted dough creations, and learn how to make a Scandinavian braided bread filled with your favorite filling. The course will also cover small pastries and cookies in this hands-on class. The richness of the basic ingredients is sure to foster a love for this style of baking.

Cancellation Policy

If North House must cancel a course, students will receive a full refund of any payments made for that course.

Students who cancel their enrollment more than 21 days prior to the course will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 21 days or less prior to the course are not eligible for a refund.
