Nothing says the holidays like cookies! Have some fun in the kitchen learning cookies that are a little off the beaten path as we travel through Central Europe and Poland. A great class for households who want to bake together (sign up your family and pay just one tuition), or adults just looking to freshen up their usual holiday cookie rotation.

You will need the following tools for this class:
Students will receive a recipe packet and shopping list two weeks before class.
You'll want to have basic cookie baking supplies on hand in your kitchen:
- rolling pin
- 2-3 mixing bowls
- wooden spoon
- measuring cups/spoons
- A pastry cloth if you have one
