Course Overview

A craving for pasta need not necessarily require restaurant reservations or boil-from-a-box noodles. Learn to demystify creating fresh handmade pasta. In this class, we will make some of the most common noodle shapes from scratch, including raviolis of different shapes, gnocchi and/or spaetzle, and more. Come hungry, because we will cook up a few simple but elegant sauces to accompany our pasta creations as well.

  • Apron
  • Containers to bring home extras
  • Close-toed shoes
  • Hair tie

Optional Tools

  • Feel free to bring your favorite tools and whatever materials you might feel appropriate for this course. If you have a pasta machine, cutters or rollers that you do or do not use, please bring them along as we will help you figure out how to make them work in your kitchen!
