Families at the Forge

Course Overview

The North House Blacksmith Shop excites the curiosity of adults and kids alike, as hammers pound, sparks fly, and red-hot metal becomes a fire poker, hook, or other tool right before their eyes. Try your hand at the forge in this family class, as kids and adults work together to craft simple items and get a sense for this ancient trade. The tuition rate covers one adult and child working together. For an additional child or adult in a family, add $25. In order to provide adequate supervision and safety, there is a limit of two children per adult.
