Course Overview
Chef Judi Barsness has become unable to teach this course. Chef Scott Graden, owner of the New Scenic Café, will be teaching in her stead.
Beloved regional Chef Judi Barsness returns to the North House kitchen to lead a participatory and delicious experience of fall culinary favorites. Students will prepare a menu that highlights seasonal fare that can be replicated in their home kitchen. Students should have basic knife skills, basic cooking skills, and baking skills. Menus are listed on northhouse.org with the course description. Wine Pairings will be selected by Chef Judi. Additional beverages may be provided by student.
