Cardamom

Course Overview

A cherished spice used in cuisines across the world, cardamom reigns supreme in Sweden and infuses some of the coziest Scandinavian comfort foods. Join chef Scott Graden, owner of the New Scenic Café, to explore how to bring this hygge-filled flavor into your own baking. Students will spend a glorious, fragrant weekend creating the fluffy, sweet, knotted delight that is kardemummabullar, as well as baking a delectable cardamom snacking cake, muffins, bread, and buttery cardamom shortbread cookies.
