                Course Overview
We may spend a lot of time enjoying the gift of Lake Superior’s beauty from the shore or from a vessel, but how often do we think of what gifts of delicious food ingredients dwell below the surface? In this class, we will discover different species of fish that thrive in the lake while using fish as our main ingredient in an exploration of cooking methods from around the world. Our creations will depend on the fish that is available. Expect dishes such as Pescado a la Veracruszana, cedar plank baked fish, or smoked fish spread. We will taste each dish and discuss appropriate side dishes.
