                Course Overview
Fall means apples in abundance! In anticipation of the season, join Chef Scott Graden of the New Scenic Café for an exploration of the versatile applications of a fruit that is both ubiquitous and under-utilized. This class will cover preparing (and eating!) all of these recipes, and more: apple cider, cran-apple cider, apple pie, apple-cider brined pork tenderloin, pommes d'eve, tarte tatin, applesauce, and apple butter! On Day 2, the class will culminate in a shared meal at 4pm.
Required Tools
- Assorted containers for bringing food home
- A basket or box for those containers
- Beverage for communal meal
