A cherished spice used in cuisines across the world, cardamom reigns supreme in Sweden and infuses some of the coziest Scandinavian comfort foods. Join chef Scott Graden, owner of the New Scenic Café, to explore how to bring this hygge-filled flavor into your own baking as you spend a glorious, fragrant weekend creating the fluffy, sweet, knotted delight that is kardemummabullar, as well as delectable cardamom cake, muffins, and bread, and buttery cardamom shortbread cookies. 

Required Tools

  • Assorted containers for bringing food home
  • A basket or box for those containers
