Wood Roasted Foods Cookery

Course Overview

Wood roasting accentuates the rich aromas and flavors of many foods. Bring these flavors alive by learning the time-tested art of wood roasting in a hearth oven. The skills you learn can be taken home and used on your grill or in your home kitchen. During the course, a complete menu utilizing the freshest ingredients of the season will be prepared in North House's wood-fired brick oven. Dinner will then be savored by all (outdoors on the North House Harborside campus, weather permitting). Each student will take home recipes.
