Learn the technique of hand crafted English scones as they were made in Shakespeare's time; baked in a wood-fired brick oven or on a baking stone in your home oven. Fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, cheeses and fresh herbs will be provided for you to make your favorite sweet or savory scone. Each student will take home scones and recipes.
