Scandinavian Holiday Foods Sampler Weekend

Course Overview

Discover the art and joy of preparing traditional holiday breads and sweets from Scandinavia. Students will learn how to prepare potato lefse, flatbread, heart waffles, krumkake, rosettes, and assorted sweets in time for the holiday season. Each student will take home not only a new-found appreciation for Scandinavian baked goods, but recipes and samples of the foods prepared.
