Course Overview

Hungry for a little traditional fare? The story of a culture can be told in many ways: through craft, through song and of course, through food. Join featured instructor Norman Kennedy in the kitchen as he shares his deep knowledge of Scottish culture. You'll prepare a variety of traditional Scottish foods, including oatcakes, porridge and shortbread. A master weaver and spinner and a renowned singer of traditional Scottish ballads, Norman has stories, songs and recipes to pass on to anyone with an interest in the old ways, an ear to lend and mouth to feed.
