                Course Overview
Fresh, summer, Scandinavian fare! Join Chef Scott Graden, owner of the New Scenic Café, for a delicious weekend highlighting traditional open face sandwiches with homemade breads, pickled vegetables, pickled herring, gravlax, and egg salad to name a few. Celebrate summer as you learn to prepare this northern, seasonal feast from scratch. On day two, the class will culminate with a shared meal at around 4pm. Students may bring a guest to the meal.
