Course Overview

Not all flowers wilt in scorching heat—these forged beauties will bloom all year long. Learn basic forging techniques and coalfire maintenance while creating sculptural floral forms. Students will be using laser cut shapes and standard bar stock to breathe life into steel for the home or garden! Maple leaves, iris flowers, roses and more - leave this class with a garden of projects. All levels welcome. 

Required Tools

  • Closed-toed shoes 
  • Hair tie for long hair 
  • All cotton clothing 

Optional Tools

  • Any personal hand tools 
  • PPE (gloves, eye/ear protection)
