Wood-Fired Brick Bread Oven
This recently completed student project is ready to move into your yard and become a neighborhood fixture for crispy pizzas, chewy artisanal crusts and plenty of other delicious possibilities: your imagination is the limit when it comes to wood-fired baking! With the internal baking area measuring 27" x 36", this rectangular barrel-arch style oven built in the Allen Scott-inspired style can be loaded onto a trailer and moved to your home and can be stored for the winter if tarped. Assistance loading the oven will be provided.
The oven weighs between 2,000 and 3,000lbs, and measures 5'W x 6'D x 3'H. We recommend placing it on a base, insulating it, and finishing it with a facade, roof, and chimney.
