Hand-Hewn Timber Frame
This beautiful structure was completed by North House students in a spring 2018 timber framing course. Starting with whole logs, the students used traditional Scandinavian axes to hew the round logs into square timbers which creates a gorgeous texture and hand-hewn aesthetic that cannot be replicated any other way. Ready to be raised and enclosed to become a guest cabin, workshop, small home, or serve any other purpose you might need. Buyer is responsible for transportation. Price includes dismantling and loading the frame.
The frame measures 12' x 12' at the posts (not including roof overhangs), is approximately 15' 10" tall, and weighs an estimated 3200lbs.
