Program Overview

Ages 12-16
Dates: Session 1 - Wednesday-Thursday, June 6-7th
Session 2 - Wednesday-Thursday, July 11th-12th
*Each session limited to 6 participants.
Hours: 9am-4pm
Cost: $50 for Cook County Residents, $75 for non-Cook County Residents

Learn the basics of sailing onboard the traditionally-rigged schooner Hjørdis. This two-day camp will cover a variety of hands-on, practical sailing skills as well as boat terminology, knotwork, and line-handling. Participants will walk away on a brand new pair of sea legs.
