Try-it: Timber Framing
Saturdays 9:30am - 11:30am, June 25th - August 27th
Program Overview
Learn about timber framing! Students will be introduced to the concept of timber framing (post and beam construction) by exploring timber framing tools, joinery, and history. The class will take a tour of several timber frames on campus, do some sample cuts, and as a group, students will raise a small timber frame and take it apart.
Cost: FREE!
Minimum age: 8 with adult
Time: 9:30am - 11:30am
