March 25th - Drink it in! Herbal Aperitifs, Shrubs, Cordials, and Oxymels

This session will cover the creation, mixing, and sampling of many delicious and beneficial beverages to be served daily or on special occasions. Herbal drink ideas will be shared as a means to enjoy healthy hydration. Take home recipes included.

April 1st - Herbal Salts, Dipping Oils, Compound Butters, and Marinades

A session devoted to the savory, we will taste and create recipes that can be applied to many of the favorite dishes you already eat. These are designed to give breakfast, lunch, and dinner an added herbal health boost! Samples and take home recipes included.

April 8th - Herbs Sweet Herbs: Baking Extracts, Infused Honeys, Elixirs, and Chocolate Bitters

In case you thought that dessert couldn't get any better, here are some simple and delicious ways to use herbs while satisfying your sweet tooth. Demonstrations, taste tests, and take home recipes included.
