Anna was raised on a farm in Appalachian Ohio, and while her heart lives in those foothills, she has traveled far and wide seeking growth, beauty, and community. A desire to understand how things work led her to a degree in mechanical engineering, but a distaste for the abstraction of creation led her away toward the tactile tangibility of trail building, timber framing, and blacksmithing. Now, Anna loves the theoretical world of ideas just as much as tangible creation; she is focused on merging thinking with doing and the utilitarian with the whimsical.
