Photographing Your Work
Course Overview
Taking pictures of craft can be challenging: what is vibrant and eye-catching in person can appear lackluster and flat on the page if the light is wrong or the angle incorrect. Join Beth Dow for a quick run-down on how to photograph your work in its best light: from what to look for to what to avoid, you’ll benefit from her tips and tricks and suggested small interventions. She’ll cover everything from social media-ready cell phone photography to the possibilities of more advanced equipment. Bring a few photos of your work for group review as time allows.
