Sewing Deer Hide Baby Booties

Course Overview

Reports from new parents suggest that a pair of handmade, deer hide booties make a great baby gift: not only do they stay on those tiny feet, but they are awfully cute as well. Join instructor Jo Wood for a half day workshop to learn the process for cutting and stitching the booties. She’ll share some of her hints and tips for working with leather, and the reusable pattern sized for newborn to 6 months. There will be a few color choices and some simple decorative variations. No sewing experience is necessary.
