Dangle and Spin: Mobile Making

Course Overview

Mobiles are a cool way to display a variety of small objects you can learn to make: birch bark beads, felted wool, wood, and other stuff that might otherwise just get lost in a pocket. Inspired by a story they make up or a favorite book, kids will construct a one-of-a-kind decoration, learning about balance and shape as they build. This course is a good fit for kids ages 7-12. We will be using scissors and needles.
