Course Overview
Sometimes a little salsa, ketchup, aioli or chutney can take something great to the next level. We use condiments all the time, they are often the most interesting, or creative part of a meal, but rarely do we prepare them from scratch. August brings abundant fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, herbs and spices with which to create myriad flavors and textures that will add layers, and zing to your fresh proteins, veggies, and grains. Prepare and taste a wide variety of offerings, and take home recipes and samples to create in your home kitchen.
