Don’t put all your eggs in one basket..unless of course you wove it yourself with willow! Families will explore willow weaving techniques, starting with a simple spiral weave for an egg basket to take home. Then, we will explore other weaving materials and make a few baskets with ash and birch bark. We will share basket stories, play basket games, and discuss where natural basket materials grow, as well as safe and smart harvest practices.This course is designed for adult-child pairs to take together, suitable for ages 7 and up. Tuition and materials cover one adult and one child.
