Looking for a great at-home hobby? Dive into cheesemaking! In this online introduction to the craft you will learn the basics of cheese making through videos, demonstrations, and live Q and A. We’ll cover milks, starters, bacteria, molds, and common household equipment for cheese making that you probably already have in your kitchen. You'll leave class with the knowledge and confidence to start making cheese on your own. The demonstration for this course will be feta cheese.

This course is a demonstration. You will be provided with the feta recipe and can start the cheese alongside the instructor during class if you wish, or you can make the cheese after class at your own pace.
