Course Overview

Looking for a great at-home hobby? Dive into cheesemaking! In this online introduction to the craft you will learn the basics of cheese making through videos, demonstrations, and live Q and A. We’ll cover milks, starters, bacteria, molds, and common household equipment for cheese making that you probably already have in your kitchen. You'll leave class with the knowledge and confidence to start making cheese on your own.

We host these courses using Zoom Video Conferencing. A laptop or tablet is recommended, but a desktop with a webcam and speakers/microphone or a smartphone phone can work.

You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting and additional details in your confirmation email.
