Woodcarving Open Studio
Course Overview
Join in on the camaraderie of Wood Week and make some progress on a project in this open studio format. North House will provide a six-foot table and chair in the Green Building, where enrolled students are welcome to bring a project to work on. There will be no formal instruction or tools available, but plenty of coffee, tea, and interesting people to make for a productive three days at North House. Enrolled Open Studio participants are welcome to attend evening gatherings and the Carvers Conference Day, Friday, March 14.
Required Tools
- Everything you need to work on your project. Projects like spoon carving, figure carving, painting, and chip carving are the types of projects that will work well in this space.
