Course Overview
Experience the heart-warming sensation that a well-crafted stew can have after a day out on the trail. Whether you stay at home to ‘hold down the fort’ or you’re out hitting the trail and would like to create an unforgettable meal for your travel companions, students in this course will learn how to craft heart-warming stews from celebrated North Shore culinary artist Chef Judi Barsness of Chez Jude. Each student will take home recipes, creative garnishing and menu planning ideas and approximately 1 quart of soup.
