Wish you were on a first name basis with the wild plants in the hills and valleys of the North Shore Highlands? This course is designed for beginning and experienced wildflower enthusiasts who love the excitement and energy of spring's great "green up." The initial evening program includes a slide introduction covering the Highlands' diverse habitats and their native spring wildflowers. Like spring, the field trip hike will happen the next day and you will explore a variety of forest communities to experience the diversity of the springtime woods, and work together to learn and practice your identification skills.
